We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a growing company. The successful candidate will need to be well versed in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn how to use our software programs. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be required to work with executive staff and may be responsible for coordinating special events and other activities. The successful candidate will be able to perform well under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and may sometimes be required to conduct public relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and forward incoming telephone calls.
  • Answer and forward incoming emails.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the line manager.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as answering emails, responding to letters and filing documents.
  • Maintain and update records in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Manage the workplace inventory.
  • Manage enquiry's.
  • Auditing of Personnel files
  • Effective Achieving management
  • Manage Invoices and Purchasing
  • Effectively manage Activity Sourcing and Event organisation.
  • Organise, source and plan fundraising events.
  • Manage and maintain budgets within management accounts

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
