Beards are looking for a Full-time Marketing & Events Coordinator.
Since 1804, we have sold the finest in jewellery and timepieces. Our foundation is our extensive and rich heritage, but the development of our physical and digital presence is what will keep us at the forefront of luxury retail.
Assisting our Marketing & E-Commerce Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop or learn skills vital for the luxury jewellery and watch retail market.
We are looking for a talented individual to:
· Work with the Marketing Director to set the marketing strategy for the business
· Work with our Marketing & E-Commerce department to support the creation and scheduling of stunning content for our social media channels and direct marketing.
· Assist with the development and management of SEO, PPC and paid ad strategies
· Help drive online and in-store sales through analysis of marketing data
· Oversee the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
· Carry out administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of all marketing and digital activities
· Help build our community profile and bond with local businesses
Our ideal candidate would have the following skills:
· A strong mix of social, analytical, creative and communication skills
· Engaging content creation skills
· An extensive understanding of marketing trends and best practices
· A friendly, positive and intuitive attitude with the ability to work with minimal oversight
· A clear understanding of all social media platforms and their nuances.
· The ability to work on multiple high priority projects simultaneously
· Knowledge of luxury jewellery and watches is a bonus but training will be provided
Successful applicants should have:
· Extensive experience and with social media platforms and events
· Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (PS, IL, ID, PR,)
· An in-depth knowledge of what makes a successful marketing campaign
· The ability to work accurately and at a fast pace
· Excellent copywriting skills
· A presentable, amiable and trustworthy nature
