Job Purpose

We have a fantastic vacancy for an Event Assistant - a great opportunity to take a first step into your conference career at an industry leading events company. You will support the Event Managers with the coordination and running of our international conferences and Connect events, allowing you to gain invaluable hands on experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, commercially focused, and team-oriented professional to join our team – with the opportunity to connect with senior-level executives, travel to major European cities for events, and learn essential event management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with event sponsors regarding their deliverables, collating their logos, profiles and attendee details
  • Assisting with the design of onsite signage and documents
  • Researching and sourcing new suppliers and entertainers
  • Arranging and managing team travel and accommodation
  • Managing mobile app content pre-event and onsite
  • Attending events and helping to manage onsite event execution
