Outline Job Description:

You love to interact with people and your ability to engage with our guests in a confident and approachable manner is the first step to delivering great service. Delivering a memorable guest experience is important to you. Waiter/waitress take pride in making a difference, paying attention to detail and always seeking to anticipate our guests’ needs.

This role is ideal if waiter/waitress have experience in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality. However, if you have worked in a quality-led customer service role in a different industry and are willing to learn, we will provide you with training and the opportunity to thrive!

· Ensure that all guests are met with a warm and genuine welcome

· Provide friendly, attentive service that is tailored to the specific needs of each customer

· Offer advice and recommendations with confidence, based on your full and up to date knowledge of all menus and the hotel products and services

· Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment before and during service, with full awareness of the relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures

· Always present yourself smartly and professionally: you are an ambassador for the company and play a key part in the successful delivery of excellent guest service

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
