Go2Gas Solutions Ltd are an emergency call out service working with insurance companies covering home emergency breakdowns. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Evening Call Handler to join our friendly team at our office in Milton Keynes.
In this role your main duties will include:
· Dealing with high numbers of in & outbound calls
· Data input
· Booking in appointments
· Updating web portals
· Logging Jobs
· Email monitoring
· Liaising with engineers
· Route planning
Skills & Qualities:
· Competent computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office desirable)
. Experience working on Job Logics, Orbit or a fast learner
. Experience working on Apple computers
· Good at problem solving
· Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure environment
· Good time management skills
· Strong telephone manner
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Full training provided. Hours of work are 5pm to midnight Monday to Friday and every other weekend, one evening off in the week will be given to accommodate the weekends. First week 4 shifts worked the next week is 6 shifts and rolls around to this pattern.
Salary
£20,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Regular overtime is available paid @ time and a half.
