*We are an independent repair facility specializing in European brands* We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians. Service Advisor responsibilities include greeting customers, and listening to their needs. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service. *Service Advisor responsibilities include:* ● Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs ● Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers ● Answering questions about service outcomes ● Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, the services the vehicle needs and the costs of those services ● Managing and overseeing the shop’s workflow and schedule ● Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business ● Working with Parts Manager and technicians to ensure smooth completion of needed repairs for high customer satisfaction. *Requirements and skills* ● Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role ● A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry; in particular BMW. Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and similar brands ● Proficiency with industry-specific software ● Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise ● Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills Compensation is salary plus commission based.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
