Lead the European vision and strategy for our Nourishment segment and the development and delivery of innovation, comms and design for the European markets.- Manage a wide range of product portfolio and define clear growth opportunities as well as optimisation plans
- Lead the successful development and launch of new brand propositions to market – ideally across multiple markets , while ensuring pipeline has sufficiency of ideas and will deliver the value required to deliver our growth ambitions
- Lead the development of our new communications platform to build our brand distinctiveness and saliency across Europe with our Internal Creative Agency and external agencies
- Maintain 2-3 years marketing planning calendar and lead projects from ideation to launch
- Support total portfolio level strategic initiatives and central long term brand and portfolio plans (including LRP and central ABP) as well as go-to-market plans
- Inspire action through solid brand plans and help regions reach their commercial ambitions
- Experience of total marketing Mix (specific focus on comms and innovation) both strategic and operational, ideally in a consumer goods market.
- Experience of leading a brand or segment of a brand to deliver long term value for the business
- Experience of working across multiple markets or internationally with strong understanding of the landscape and cultural nuances across Europe
- Experience in brand strategy, brand positioning and portfolio architecture and how and when to apply this.
- Experience in portfolio and COGS optimisation through performance and value engineering
- Strong Leadership, including leading through change and ambiguity
- Strong cross functional leadership and stakeholder management capability ideally within a matrix structure
- Strong creative intuition – natural flair around brands You will have the ability to create a clear vision, strategy and plan that the total business are inspired behind and deliver against. This role is a central role reporting into the Europe Head of Brand and Portfolio.
