Your role

Do you want to lead all aspects of ETF and Indexing marketing and demand generation for UBS Asset Management across multiple regions? Do you know how to coordinate and implement a long-term strategic marketing plan aligned with our global marketing approach and partner closely with digital, content and product marketing colleagues alongside sales and strategy counterparts?

We’re looking for someone like that to:
  • develop and implement a unified marketing strategy for ETF and Indexing for UBS Asset Management in collaboration with the Global Head of Channel Marketing spanning Institutional clients, Global Sovereigns, C-suite, fund selectors, FAs and retail investor audiences to support overall business growth objectives and lead all aspects of day-to-day implementation across all marketing activities
  • track, manage and analyze audience research to determine how we are perceived by our targeted audiences and what perceptions need to be addressed to enable the business to move forward
  • facilitate well thought-out, impactful and quantifiable digital nurturing campaigns using relevant content and digital tools
  • oversee and manage the implementation of marketing tactics, including advertising, awards management, collateral development, sponsorships, conferences, email marketing, online channels, etc.
  • in coordination with Marketing Operations, develop and provide end-to-end reporting and provide insights for budget management and adjustments
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing colleagues across geographies and channels; with business and sales teams and with the key senior stakeholders within the global organization

You will work in the Global Channel Marketing team and be based in either Zurich or London, reporting directly to the Global Head of Channel Marketing.

Your expertise

  • 10 years of marketing experience in the asset management industry, preferably for international markets
  • knowledge of marketing for passive and indexing investment strategies as well as a deep understanding of the investment industry as a whole
  • marTech expertise with focus on marketing processes and tools
  • well organized and entrepreneurial with a strong drive to customer orientation
  • ability to carry out marketing projects independently
  • excellent communicator who can easily present complex ideas and who has the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority
  • solution-oriented and able to deal with tight deadlines
  • fluent English
