About us and the role
Clover Recruitment are working with White Horse Contractors to recruit an experienced Estimator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis, based in Newbury. You will be required to travel to the office and surrounding areas so must have access to your own vehicle.

In this senior Estimator role, you will be working on a variety of projects across a diverse range of sectors, prepare and lead the compilation of tenders/bids/programmes, prioritising deadlines and company objectives.
Ideal candidate skills
- Experience in a senior level Estimator position
- Ideally experience within a similar industry
- Must have a UK driving licence and access to a car
- Able to build and maintain client relationships
Main tasks
- Request plans and specifications from clients
- Review plans and perform material take offs
- Develop client and consultant relations and ensure client satisfaction
- Work in conjunction with administration staff in preparation of the estimate
- Manage the handover and performance of the supply chain
- Site visits
What you will get in return
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Potential for hybrid working with majority of the week spent in the office/on site visits
