Job description
Due to a new project win the position of Estimator has become available to join our newly established team based in Heathrow.
As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period “H7”, Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 – The Queen’s Terminal.
This role will be site based with the option for dynamic working.

Role Requirements
- Experienced in estimating medium to large buildings projects from concept design through to delivery
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field
- Chartered member of relevant professional body e.g. RICS, ICE or CICES
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents
- Microsoft suite conversant with high level capabilities in Excel
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
