We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour!
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

About the Role
The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces.
The Interior Design Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and guest experience of the resort. Working closely with our design team, management team, external consultants and contractors you will be responsible for complete coordination of interior design project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Design Project Management:
- Manage, with the Design Team, the planning and execution of all interior design projects.
- Coordinate the Design Team meetings with owners, including ensuring meeting minutes and agendas are accurately and timely circulated, and followed up on.
- Manage the Design Team meetings - steer meetings to effective and conclusive actions whilst showing empathy for the key stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supply management - provide quotes, negotiate, order, track, receipt, store and deliver all interior fixtures, fittings and equipment (FF&E).
- Manage the storage and stock control of interior FF&E for the resort, to be able to quickly and efficiently report on all stored items.
- Manage contractors to ensure flawlessly and detailed delivery of projects.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive design implementation.
- Communicate design plans effectively to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Coordinate and brief all operations teams on project timelines to minimise guest disruption and ensure all operational stakeholders are fully briefed.
Quality Control:
- Strong collaboration with Housekeeping team to check and improve quality of product, including daily walk rounds highlighting interior design and maintenance improvements.
- Conduct regular property walks to monitor the progress of ongoing design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Address any design-related issues or challenges that arise during the implementation phase promptly and effectively.
- Audit & collate areas for design replacement and improvement and present for approval.
Aesthetic Development:
- Assist in the development of design concepts that align with the resort's brand identity.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and comfort of all guest spaces.
- Provide design input & drawing details for approval and contractor use, in line with the Rudding Park design style.
About You

Qualifications
Foundation degree, higher national diploma (HND) or undergraduate degree preferred:
- Level 3 Diploma in Interior Design
- Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design
- A Level in Art and Design
