Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: 10 month Fixed Term / Secondment
Are you looking for a new challenge in Estate Supervision?
We’re looking for an Estate Services Supervisor to be responsible for the effective supervision of the Caretaking team. You’ll be expected to monitor performance schedules and undertake quality assessments on a regular basis as well as obtaining feedback from residents, the Housing Neighbourhood Team and other stakeholders towards the effective delivery and continuous improvement in service delivery of estate services.
With experience of working in Estate Maintenance and knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements, you’ll work closely with contractors, staff and residents to ensure optimum performance is obtained to a satisfactory standard both in terms of efficiency and costs as directed by the Neighborhoods Response Manager.
You’ll have an understanding of the standards and challenges to delivering a caretaker service and be pro-active in ensuring standards are met. You must be able to work effectively on your own, and to plan and monitor your own work and give practical support to the caretaking team in times of high demand, staff shortages and emergency situations.
