Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Various local housing offices throughout the city
This is a housing management officer role, you will primarily be dealing with managing our tenancies and helping to resolve tenancy related issues by working closely with our customers. You will also be ensuring that the estates that our customers live on are presentable, safe and remain a nice place to live.
Working in Housing you will learn how to help people in so many ways, this is the perfect start to a housing management career. This role is varied, interesting and rewarding. We want applications from ambitious but caring people who want to make a difference and deliver a great service to our customers.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Provide a frontline housing service to customers in the housing office, in their homes and in the community.
- Offer sound advice and a comprehensive level of customer service to the public on all aspects of housing management.
- Carry out inspections on our estates and within our properties.
