Estate Agent Lettings Negotiator or Trainee

An exciting opportunity to join our fast growing, market leading and award winning company is available. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our established team.

Wilson Tominey is a fast-paced, target driven environment; therefore the ideal candidate will be able to think quickly, be proactive, plan, organise, prioritise workloads all while continually looking for opportunities to grow the business.

Estate Agency experience is not essential as training will be given, however, sales experience is preferred or as a minimum the ability to demonstrate potential.

The role will involve all aspects of sales, from marketing, viewings, property management and market appraisals. Working alongside other negotiators you will be responsible for increasing the companies market share and guiding the business forward.

Whether you are an existing sales person/ work in this field, or feel this is something you want to do and have the character to offer, then please apply.

Working alongside the team the successful applicant would receive ongoing training and guidance in all aspects of the business.

Development program to negotiator and senior negotiator.

The successful candidate with need a full UK driving license.

Attractive Basic Salary plus commission structure.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturdays.
