Your role, responsibilities and what you can achieve in the next 12 months
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will consist of the following;
- Be involved in progressing sales and rentals from offer through to completion
- Advising clients on the best course of action to achieve the best price for their property
- Matching potential buyers/tenants requirements to properties currently on the market
- Ensure all properties are listed correctly and all legal requirements have been met
- Hit or exceed individual and team targets
- Liaising with buyers/tenants and vendors to provide updates and viewing feedback
Working hours
This is a full-time role working Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am – 5pm and one in three Saturdays, 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Key Requirements
- Experience within estate agency is not required but would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills

- Local area knowledge
- Industry related professional qualification such as NAEA or NFOPP would be a distinct advantage but not essential
