Are you an experienced sales person looking to get back into work or looking for a new challenge.
JDG are looking to add an experienced sales person to its already successful team. You must have at least five years experience in a sales environment with a successful sales record not necessarily in estate agency. A good positive mental attitude and a willingness to learn are more important than experience in the industry as we believe if you want to learn and succeed then you will do so. We are looking for someone who wants to join our very highly regarded and respected company and who is willing to work hard to offer a customer service that is second to none.
This is a part time permanent position over three and we can discuss the hours to suit both parties but you must be able to work one in two Saturday’s
So what do you need to succeed? Great communication skills both in person and over the phone as well as good computer skills as a lot of our enquiries now come through online media such as email, our website and the likes of Rightmove and Facebook. Whilst in the office you will be answering phone enquiries and communicating with your vendors keeping them up to date with the sale of their property.
The role will also involve showing prospective purchasers around properties they are interested in and giving feedback to the owners from these viewings. You will also bring new properties to the market taking good quality photos and creating the written text for the property advert and brochure so excellent computer skills and good grammar and spelling is essential.
You will also need to have a full clean driving license and be able to work Saturdays. You will have use of a comapny car during working hours to show potential buyers around properties
Our working week is Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. We start at 8.45 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8.45 am to 4.30pm.
