- An ESOL tutor to deliver both qualification and non-qualification courses ranging from pre-entry to level 2
- A team player who enjoys innovative ways of teaching learners
- Someone who is learner centred
- Empathy – you understand the challenges faced by adult learners and that different learning styles require different teaching styles
