We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Client Services Manager

The primary purpose of this position will be to drive the Escrow Client Services proposition in developing and enhancing existing client relationships and to support the business’ growth plans. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing client relationships, with a focus on developing effective client relationships with key clients to ensure that service standards are delivered seamlessly, and that client queries are handled in a professional and effective manner.

Escrow is representing a key pillar in Issuer Services growth strategy, the jobholder will need to work closely with both Transaction Management and the Global Product team to execute on the growth plan.

Being part of a wider team managing 6 products, the successful applicant will gain a huge amount of high profile client exposure, providing lots of opportunity to network globally.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver superior client service across the portfolio of allocated Escrow clients ensuring client feedback is captured and that queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to bolster the Escrow offering
  • Working in close conjunction with the Business Development team to seek out new business opportunities
  • Identifying process/technology improvements for clients which will benefit the overall client experience
  • Drive the Client Service Agenda autonomously and actively promote the Escrow product
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following:

  • Proven background of working within a client services role with strong networking and presentation skills
  • Prior experience of Escrows is preferable however candidates that have knowledge of settlements, payments and /or custody will suffice
  • Proven ability to communicate with several teams on a daily basis both locally and globally
  • Ability to multi-task and manage frequently changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Articulate, business focused with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels

The base location for this role is London
