Job description
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and engaging people to join our Romford team as Game Masters!
Applicants must be over 18 and enthusiastic to work!
We are looking for responsible applicants, who will be available at any time due to the nature of the entertainment industry. For this reason, do not apply if still in education as we need fully flexible team members. This is not a temporary position.
Expectations of the job:
- You will host games for teams of 2-8 people sometimes taking on a character role in line with the theme of the game to provide that 5 star escape room experience.
- You will setup, reset, clean the rooms ready for the next game to start
- You will run reception, answering phones, making bookings, responding to customer queries and meeting and greeting customers

- Ability to work well and confidently alone and as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours. Including weekends, evenings and bank holidaysq
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Friendly and sociable with an outgoing personality
- Able to work both evenings and weekends
- High attention to detail
- Available on short notice
As we are a part of the entertainment industry, you will be expected to work and be available to work long hours during peak times. This includes weekends, bank holidays, summer holidays and Christmas holidays.
This position is for our Romford venue (RM7 0AU). You must be able to reliably commute or relocate.
