Finlake Holiday Resort is the largest holiday resort within Haulfryn Group Limited. We’re looking for friendly, qualified, customer focused and experienced professional person to join our Spa team. We expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional person to be welcoming, practical and full of energy.
As a Spa Reception Team Leader, your role is to lead a team of Spa Receptionists to a high standard whilst maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will promote a positive and professional image by creating the right ambience and customer service conducive with a health and beauty salon. You will provide a comprehensive and quality driven service whilst achieving agreed financial contributions to the business.

What Will You Do
As a Spa Reception Team Leader you will have the skills to:
- Develop and manage a team of spa receptionists to ensure smooth daily operation in the spa
- Fulfill the very best in customer service ensuring client satisfaction at all times
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness within the spa
- Be familiar with all products and services of the spa ensuring customers are provided with correct and up to date information always
Ensure health and safety in the spa by following processes and procedures
