Escape Room Crew/Games Master Derby

Avaliable Job Today We are looking to hire 2 new staff members to join our small team of games
masters here at Game Over Derby.
Business hours are afternoons/evenings (until late) and weekends and the
only day of the year we officially close is Christmas Day, so applicants
must be flexible with hours available.
We have a set rota/shifts and also drop in shifts when it gets busy where we
need support from other members of the team at a minutes notice. (Own
transport or living nearby would be very handy)
Both roles will be on a zero hours basis although we work together as a team
to determine the days/shifts people prefer. Hours are determined by the
bookings that day/week so will change on a weekly basis. Pay is monthly.
Must be over 18, responsible enough to be a lone worker/key holder and
physically able to reset rooms quickly, which includes crawling, climbing
etc. The successful applicant will also have a flare for drama, be customer
service focused and able to work on their own initiative. This role involves
a performance element so you must be confident to talk in front of groups of
up to 30/40 people at a time.
Please note: Some of the escape rooms are adult/horror themed and there will
be some working in the dark.
Experience in escape rooms not essential as all training will be given, but
a general idea on the concept would be helpful.
