We currently have an exciting admin vacancy for our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) team that sits within our People function. As an admin assistant, you will support the team to deliver various aspects of the activity plan that enable us to achieve ED&I strategy and goals.
We are all colleagues, together one team, and you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on various projects. You will support the team to execute disruptive campaigns, events and initiatives that drive awareness, education and celebrate our colleagues and their allies.

On top of the above your key tasks will also include:
- Own and manage the team activity plan and all deadlines
- Own content across various channels, working to ensure it stays up to date and optimised
- Manage the budget tracker, billing, and payments
- Create quarterly stakeholder decks to cascade current ED&I messaging, campaigns and events
- Maintain the inclusion inbox
- Support the coordinator with autopsies, gathering data insights to help analyse the effectiveness of ED&I campaigns
- Chair the weekly team meeting and monthly planning meeting
