Equine Product Expert & Customer Liaison

NAKED HORSE is a new and rapidly expanding brand based in the UK and France with worldwide customers.

We are looking for our first product expert and customer liaison representative. This is an exciting position for the right candidate as with our continued growth and solid expansions plans, you could soon be manager of your own team of representatives.

ROLE expectations:

• Provide excellent product advice to customers and perspective customers
• Provide excellent customer service via email, telephone and social media
• Provide a professional voice for our complains department
• Assist at creating various pieces of product related content

CANIDATE requirements:

• Must have excellent equine knowledge
• Must be extremely enthusiastic to improving the health and happiness of all equines
• Must be able to work on own initiative
• Muat have a great work ethic and take pride in one's work

Training provided at our ANDOVER offices. Once training is completed, home working will be available.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
