Job description
Health Systems Support are looking to recruit an experienced EPR Trainer for an exciting EPR implementation. The role offers the option of hybrid working to begin with then full time on-site during the training delivery period (or a shorter contract period if hybrid is the only option that works for you!) The contract will be for 3-9 months, or you could join us as a permanent member of staff. You will have had successful EPR Trainer roles in the NHS where you have met deadlines and can demonstrate 2-5 years of training design, delivery and optimisation.
You will be an enthusiastic, adaptable, and autonomous Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Trainer and will be required to deliver high quality training including development, design and adaption of training scripts, manuals, materials and ensure these are managed accurately and kept up to date in line with our standard templates and delivery methodology.
You will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be an experienced and motivated self-starter who will hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for:
Understanding the local build of the EPR adopted by the Trust working with Trust staff and SMEs, attending all necessary meetings to facilitate this
Working with other partners to ensure development of a cohesive single solution
Ensuring effective recording of lessons learned over go live to make relevant updates to training scripts
Working with other trainers to ensure that the training is the best achievable
Preparing and supervising junior trainers to ensure high quality of delivery
Maintaining all records as directed
Providing input to and management of relevant sections of the Trust LMS and training of team to ensure updated
Ad hoc tasks to ensure success of the project
To maintain client confidentiality at all times.
