Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities include:
  • Provide subject matter expertise in EPBCS and DRM
  • Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
  • Update systems with progress on incidents
  • Work with third parties to resolve incidents
  • Update config management and knowledge management databases
  • Support path to live release management and deployment

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Functional knowlege in Oracle Enterprise Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and DRM
  • Configuration of Oracle planning modules - Financial Planning, Workforce Planning
  • Configuration of OOTB reporting tools Smartview
  • Process knowledge of Financial Planning and Budgeting
  • Preparation of functional specs for integration and reports
  • Experience of Level 2 and 3 support
  • Change management and enhancement deployment from test to production
