Job description
Rosa is a central government IT system that enables collaborative working at SECRET in a secure environment with the latest technologies. Rosa provides fixed and mobile SECRET collaboration tools and communications in 166 countries across the globe, allowing users to create and share data securely. This ground-breaking work is protecting our national security whilst enabling users to work in far better ways than any previous solutions have allowed in this space.
Joining the Rosa Security Group as a Policy Associate you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of policy issues that provide important strategic and governance support to the organistaion.
You will work as part of a team to build a healthy policy lifecycle across the organistaion from creation to implementation.
You will be expected to promote a strong security culture and act as a role model whilst building effective security processes.
This role will require you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of our users and ensure our policies capture these for the successful delivery of our products and services.

- Develop, implement and maintain business-enabling policies and processes
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand the needs of users
- Demonstrate the ability to understand complex policy areas quickly
- Effectively organize and prioritise policy development and an accessible repository
- Draft policies bringing together all research and evidence-based decisions
- Identify effective data analytics to monitor policy compliance
