You will work in the Environmental Sustainability team within the Global Real Estate (GRE) – Global Service Delivery group. The GRE service delivery team delivers facilities management, projects, and global real estate services.
You will be part of the team responsible for managing the Sustainability efforts for the Bank’s own operations within the broader Chief Operating Office (COO) landscape.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of short-term and long-term sustainable business strategies, delivering all external reporting including the annual Non-Financial Report, measuring, and managing all Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 carbon emissions (excluding Investment emissions), and delivering the overall strategic vision for Sustainability.

Your key responsibilities
- Support delivery of external reporting, including annual Non-Financial Report
- Net Zero target: Strategy development/ execution around Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions
- Energy Reduction target: Development and support of projects
- Renewable Electricity: Deliver and maintain target
- Develop and deliver strategies for Energy, Waste, and Water
Your skills and experience
- Knowledge and experience of Sustainability Management
- Excellent fiscal and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the services delivered by GRE and other COO divisions and the ability to develop strong relationships across divisional areas
- Ability to develop and present clear and concise business cases on potential sustainable efforts
- Extensive experience in managing supplier relationships and service delivery
