Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Clerk Administrative to work remotely and assist our team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant will be responsible for inputting data, maintaining records, organizing files, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.



Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications
  • Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure accuracy
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering emails, and managing calendars
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed to support business operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a data entry or administrative assistant
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, or Slack is a plus


Working Conditions:

This is a remote, work-from-home position. The Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant will be required to provide their own computer and reliable high-speed internet access. They must be available to work during standard business hours, with some flexibility for occasional meetings outside of these hours.
