Hill Group is an established (1980) family run company based out of offices and manufacturing facility in the Old Alcoa works, Swansea. Our electrical & lagging division work, almost solely within the commercial sprinkler industry. We have a closeknit, friendly and supportive team.
The business is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for enthusiastic staff member who would like to become part of the team and grow with us.
We are looking for a Trainee Manager to join our team and learn the ropes of management. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with the team, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Trainee Manager will be responsible for scheduling work, ordering materials, monitoring site staff performance amongst other tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a managerial role and take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities (full training and assistance will be given):
· Schedule work of site staff
· Ordering and best buying of materials
· Estimating work
· Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
· Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
· Maintain accurate records of staff performance.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced manager who will give constant support and training
