Service Desk Analyst / Sheffield & Hybrid / up to £21,000
Corecom Consulting is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading software company in Yorkshire. What will we need from you?
- Customer Service skills / experience
- An interest in ITIL and Service Management
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer experience to their clients and liaising with technical teams in order to assign the tickets and get the issue resolves.
