Entry Level Sales Executive Package:
- start salary of £20,000 to 22,000, reviewed as you advance in your career with us as an Entry Level Sales Executive
- Permanent contract. No weekends - Monday to Friday
- OTE/Commission taking your total Y1 package higher to around £27-31k
- Completion of the BT Training academy, gain a globally recognised qualification

BT Local Business Liverpool, Chester and North Wales is one of the longest standing BT partners, with almost 20 years’ experience supporting businesses across our region. Entry Level Sales Executive Role:
- Engage in business conversations with our customers by outbound calling, emails and developing relationships
- Booking appointments for our senior sales team
- Understand new technology that is emerging and the ability to communicate this clear our customers, ensuring they have the most suitable solution in place
- Achieve and exceed very reasonable targets set
- You will have full support from an onsite trainer and management in sales, products and objections throughout your apprenticeship and career
Entry Level Sales Executive Requirements:
- GCSE’s in Maths and English
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Hours and Wage:
37.5 hours a week Mon – Fri 9-5.30
Starting salary for a Entry Level Sales Executive £20 -22,000 plus commission plus OTE
- Year 1 – OTE £31,000
- Year 2 – OTE £33,000
This is only OTE 100% of target -our commissions are uncapped, so what you earn is up to you.
