What is Recruitment?
As a 360-recruitment consultant, you will supply various clients within the UK within the Public Sector field in delivering the top talent the market has to offer. You will manage your own desk and be trained on building your own client and candidate base and aim to supply various companies with the top talent the market has to offer.
You will be responsible for servicing a variety of businesses within your market with the best talent the market has to offer to fill the vacancies they have open.

· High earning potential with an individual uncapped commission structure and realistic OTE of 30- 40K in year 1, 60 -80k in year 2 and 100k year 3 onwards! (Basic Salary – 24K)
