Entry Level Operations Administrator - JP Morgan - Bournemouth - 11 months contract - PAYE

We are seeking 2 x entry level Operations Administrators to join The Client Tax Operations Utility team at JP Morgan for an initial 11 months contract, to assist with a project for the firms custody business. We will consider entry level candidates with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, good communication skills and with knowledge of the Microsoft Office package who are keen on learning and building a new career within one of the world's largest Investment Banks.

The Client Tax Operations Utility has two primary functions:

  • Deliver services to clients that seek to maximize their investment return through effective recovery of income withholding tax under double taxation treaties or domestic law
  • Execute tax regulatory obligations in the markets JPMC and its’ clients operate or invest in

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Account/Tax forms data - manage all tracking and MIS data in excel
  • Client Tax Document Pre-population - pre-population of Tax forms using Alteryx/Mail merge
  • Client Tax Document Reviews – Reviewing documents completed by the client against documented completion guides
  • Tax Form submission scheduling - Excel Scheduling for Agent submission
  • Client Tax Document package preparation for agent bank – preparing packages of documents to be sent to agent banks
  • Manage Tax forms with client service - manage tax status for our client service and agent stakeholders
  • Account Opening - security account opening with our Agent networks
  • Account and Market Reviews - reconciliation of account data via excel

*Please note that this role will be working in the office on a full time basis during the first few months for training purposes with the potential to work hybrid in the future.*

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 11 months

Salary: £120.00 per day

Schedule:
