Do you live a daily commutable distance from Great Yarmouth and want a career in Offshore Wind as a Statutory Inspection Engineer?
Do you have a strong mechanical or electrical background?
Certex UK has an exciting opportunity for Entry Level Offshore Wind Inspection Engineers learning how to conduct statutory examinations of LOLER, PUWER & PSSR equipment contained in wind turbines.
The successful applicants will be part of our Lifting Solutions Group, the largest lifting organisation in Europe, comprising of 22 companies with over 100 locations Worldwide including the USA, Australia, and Taiwan.
The role will involve visiting wind farms Onshore / Offshore and applicants must be prepared to travel worldwide, have a good head for heights and a high resilience to motion sickness from sea travel.
You must hold an Electrical / Mechanical Engineering level 2 or equivalent to qualify.
We are also interested in fully qualified experienced statutory inspectors.

- Must be physically fit, hardworking, and motivated
- Quick to learn new skills and continually develop
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Must have a head for heights
- Must have a high resilience to motion sickness
Education & Qualifications:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Educational Background to Level 2 or equivalent
- Full driving license
