Job description
An exciting full time position is now available within the British Ironwork Centre Accounts Department. The successful candidate will have a passion for numbers, detail and a desire to work to work in accounting as part of a longer term career.
Full training provided.
The main duties include (but not limited to):
- Day to day company accounting using Xero accounting software
- Management of the purchase and sales ledger activities
- Processing of financial transactions
- Assisting in company payroll & VAT returns
- Managing bank reconciliations and financial planning and forecasting
- Managing overseas financial transactions
- Management of company accounts and inventory record keeping procedures
- Following accounting procedures and policies including compliance
- Reporting including P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Inventory Analysis etc
- Collaboration with internal and external personnel including our tax accounting firm
- General accounts related activities
- Full training provided - full time position
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
