Pontins Sand Bay offers on-site bars and restaurants, as well as featuring a Nisa Local, Arcade, regular Entertainment, Themed Weekends, and children’s amusement activities. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Entertainment manager onto our team.
As Entertainment Manager, you will be required to:
- Oversee all activities for the Bluecoats across 6 parks including recruitment, training & performance management
- Be a main point of contact for the on-site Entertainment Managers on Park
- Ensure bluecoat entertainment is achieving guest satisfaction
- Organising and directing themed entertainment activities
- Promote the Bluecoats and any events alongside the Event Sales team
The successful candidate will need to be creative and professional with the drive to succeed. Previous experience of management within the Entertainment industry is essential to the role. Strong communication between guests and other members of staff is also key.
