The Experiences Group are looking for an Entertainment Delivery Manager to assist in expanding our UK operations. This is a creative role with a key focus on quality and innovation. Our EMD will act as a liaison between performers and the contract holder, ensuring all requirements and standards are met. The primary functions of this role consist of finding and vetting various performers, overseeing the set-up and delivery of the product, and managing a team tasked with keeping the event aligned with what the client had envisioned. The ideal candidate will also be working with the MP -Creative to generate new products to sell to clients, and also create bespoke packages that a client may request.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in leisure industry, entertainment industry or other related field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) with excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of freelance staff.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must have flexible schedule (early morning shifts, weekends) that includes being onsite at the event location.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with performers and clients is essential

- Knowledge of best practices for delivering live entertainment
- Project management and people management skills to adequately handle events and teams of various sizes
- Professional organisational skills for scheduling multiple events and performers at one time
- Full UK driving license

Responsibilities:
Our Entertainment Delivery Manager will be an individual who can adapt to fast-paced environments, taking on multiple responsibilities that change from contract to contract. Every element of hiring talent for a contract, and then delivery of the contract, requires taking on Entertainment Delivery Manager job duties such as:
- Interviewing potential performers to discuss all aspects of their contract to ensure a professional and appropriate performance
- Negotiating performer levels with company directors based on budgetary restrictions
- Overseeing all aspects of creation, set-up and delivery
- Actively seeking new revenue opportunities
- Maintaining relationships with clients, performers, venues and other corporate entities
- Ensuring entertainment and event planning stays within budget
- Responsible for the upkeep and standards of all costumes, props, and assets
- Ensuring all performers and team members have the appropriate equipment and resource to successfully deliver the contract
- Stepping into a performing role when required
- Ensuring all contracts are fully staffed
- Assisting in quality audits
- Any other duties as prescribed by MP-Creative
