Customer Service- Call centre
Inbound Calls

Basic Information:

Salary: £22,672 + Attendance bonus paid £300 each quarter (95% attendance) giving you £23,872 per year!!!!

Bonus: Up-selling bonus, with NO sales targets OR pressure – Av. £200 per month uncapped

Working hours:

Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm- No weekends

Role: Based in Warrington

• Inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Dealing with questions and queries
• Changing account details
• Setting up direct debits/ Taking payments
• Offering advise on the best product or service
• Working towards targets
• Resolving customer complaints and issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £23,800.00 per year
