We are seeking a talented Onboarding Solutions Architect to join our dynamic Onboarding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing customer applications to production on Astra, our cutting-edge platform. As an Onboarding Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront, collaborating cross-functionally in a high-energy environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the technical relationships with customers until their workloads are successfully deployed into production. This is a post-sales position that requires technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
Develop internal tools and automation to enhance the user onboarding experience.
Facilitate the onboarding process for customers, including assisting with organizational and security setup, providing architectural overviews, and supporting data migration efforts.
Deliver hands-on developer and architectural guidance remotely, ensuring successful implementation.
Conduct testing activities, review results, and lead productive discussions to ensure production readiness.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to enhance the overall onboarding experience.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely full-time.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and providing effective technical solutions.
A natural problem solver with a focus on process improvement through automation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers and colleagues.
Comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers or prospects.
Need to be comfortable with at least one programming language
Strong Linux CLI & Linux System Administration skills
RDBMSs and one or more NoSQL databases (DataStax Enterprise/Apache Cassandra, highly preferred)
Familiarity with Cloud IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
