Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced individual who has extensive knowledge in customer service and can provide a warm and friendly welcome at the Front of House Reception, within a prestigious Belgravia/Chelsea location.
Within this role, you will be required to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all associates in the clients’ business, which includes visitors, occupiers and internal associates. This is a slow-paced environment where the quality of service and, particularly, communication is paramount, therefore an outstanding level of spoken and written English is required.
This amazing opportunity operates on a full-time contract working Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00/09:00-18:00 rotation.
The pay rate for this role is £13.39 per hour and you will receive 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional first impression, beyond client/visitor expectations
- Ensure all visitors and guests experience the full customer journey
- Be seen as a visible customer-focused professional by being proactive and greeting clients, guests and visitors where possible
- Anticipate and action client requirements in a professional manner and provide a consistently professional service at all times
- Set up meeting rooms for internal and external meetings, including preparations for video conferencing
- Providing refreshments, e.g. teas/coffees, water for meetings
- Ensure set up and service of rooms are to client specifications at all times
- Arranging travel for guests, clients or visitors as and when required.
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean, tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in an efficient and sincere manner with impeccable communication
- Provide a high level of concierge services and have a wide knowledge of provisions within local and surrounding areas.
- Provide administrative support if and when required.
Person Specification
- Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self–motivated team player
- Is self-disciplined and can work independently using initiative
- Holds a true passion for high standards of customer service delivery
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Consistently well presented in line with company/client standards
- Look for opportunities to enhance client/visitor experience
- Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
- Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times
- Computer literate with good email etiquette. The use of concierge and Microsoft systems is an advantage.
- 5 years of verifiable work history
