You will have a background in customers service with an ambition to pursue your own career goals. You will be joining a great team so must be a team player, comfortable working as part of a team and also on your own initiative. You will have excellent attention to detail and competent inputting data capturing all required fields, on online forms before submissions to our MIS department.
This is a remote role so a quiet space to work from is all you need, we will provide all necessary equipment to get the job done.
Although most of us are remote we do like to meet up in person, so there will be times where you are requested to travel from time to time to attend sales conferences and training sessions with other teams.

About the role
As the Enrolment Officer, you will be providing an effective and timely service in the admission of apprenticeship applications for LMP Education. You will be responsible for the administration of all apprenticeship starts, ensuring excellent, eligibility checking of your own enrolments. Applicant processing, including communication with the sales team, clients and delivery throughout adhering to the standardised process in completion before handover to our MIS team. Identifying and being competent in resolving queries timely to support targets and meeting start dates correctly.
Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that LMP Education meets its right first-time requirements, ranging from checking prior learning, identity, and residency checks, assessing initial assessments, and finally ensuring that we embed all our practices, core values, and exception customer service in this role.
Role and responsibilities
- To undertake student enrolments including enrolment appointments, the administration of on-line enrolment documents, and undertaking follow up actions as appropriate.
- Lead on the checking and verification of student eligibility in line with funding rules and legislation.
- Conduct prior attainment checks and review initial assessment results for students in line with programme and funding requirements.
- Work closely with the learner sales managers to ensure right first-time approach on each applicant’s submission.
- Working on a CRM system (Pics) uploading documents, pulling reports, using this system effectively to help drive the MIS department to submit all applicants correctly.
- Assist in housekeeping of learner files on our electronic data systems ensuring clean live data is always retained.
- To play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of all admissions processes and procedures.

- Confidence communicating with applicants, learners, and clients.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Attention to detail with administration tasks.
- Must be able to work competently on a computer/emails/excel.
- Demonstrate good teamwork across the department.
- Experience in apprenticeships, eligibility and funding requirements – Levy and Non-Levy
- Embrace the company’s work ethics and core values.
- Grades C/4 in maths and English and IT strengths.
- Work Flexibly to support the business needs.

£20,000-£25,000 dependent on experience
