Position Summary:
CareerStep, a leading provider of online career training, is seeking a dynamic Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that enrollments and extensions are processed for our partner schools. You will use your exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships, address inquiries, and provide guidance to our academic partner administrators. With your attention to detail, you will create a seamless and positive experience for our partners and for their learners.
Essential Job Functions:
- Process all daily enrollments from our academic partner schools
- Process daily learner extensions and provide information to requests about extensions
- Monitor and maintain rosters from funded partners
- Provide timely communication to partners regarding enrollment and extension questions
- Respond to daily learner inquiries
- Audit Salesforce entries for accuracy
- Assist with funding partner inquiries for learner completion
- Assist Customer Experience team with questions about direct partner enrollments
- Work with finance team to ensure all procedures have been completed for invoicing partners
- Provide feedback to RevOps team on process improvement for AP enrollments
- Resolving any issues with partner enrollments
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- 2+ years of Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a thorough, clear, and professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement
- Possesses a learning and growth mindset
- Experience with Salesforce & Canvas preferred
