37.5 hrs per week across 5 days.

Location: Home based. Must be willing to travel around the Leicestershire/ Derby and Nottinghamshire area when required.

We’re looking for a Quality Support to work alongside a Care Coordinator within our Children’s division to manage our inclusive short break support sessions across the region and ensure that they offer inspirational experiences that benefit children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.
We’re passionate about making a difference by helping those that benefit from our sessions to be healthy and happy, so they can reach their full potential, whatever level that it is. Our sessions focus on individual support requirements which are delivered in safe and supportive environment. We engage children and young people through a range of activities based on their preferences, choice and abilities.
This is a great opportunity for an individual experienced in quality assurance with first class operational skills to really ensure that our sessions run without a hitch. This person will be expected to undertake audits and actions plans to ensure our service runs in line with commissioning body key lines of enquiry whilst up keeping our company ethos across the region.
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for making a positive difference to the health, well-being and life skills of our members. In addition, we’re looking for strong customer facing skills. You’ll be responsible for ensuring sessions are run safely and compliment whilst collecting and providing key information for service improvement.
Experience and Qualifications
· 2 years+ experience of Quality assurance management
· 2 years+ experience of Customer service
· 2 years+ experience of working in a care/ support service
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent written English for the writing of reports
· A passion for working with young people and to make a tangible difference in their lives
· A self-driven approach to work with the ability to self-motivate and motivate your team around you
· A solution-focused attitude to work is essential
Full UK driving license and own vehicle
NVQ L2 or above/ equivalent
