At The Virtual School, we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced English teacher to join our exciting and innovative new remote learning initiative. The suitable candidate will possess the skills to engage students in a safe and supportive environment, and deliver high quality education to students who are facing numerous barriers to learning. They will be flexible, adaptable and highly skilled in teaching and engaging students in a frequently changing environment as we work collaboratively, seeking to reintegrate each student back to school.

As an online teacher, you will be responsible for planning differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all students and creating a safe, welcoming and challenging online platform. You will monitor and track individual student progress, mark and give valuable and effective feedback on class and homework, and ensure progression of learning through effective planning and communication with relevant professionals.
