James Ray Recruitment are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic, and hardworking English teacher to join a thriving department. You will be working within an ''Excellent'' secondary school based in Hull.
The successful candidates will have excellent subject knowledge, be confident teaching KS3, KS4 and preferably KS5 too. They should be an ambitious and dedicated professional who is able to work as part of a team.
This is a full-time timetable, covering on a long-term placement during term time only with a proposed start of September 2023. This school looking for someone who holds QTS and has the experience teaching English up to KS4 & KS5. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate good levels of behaviour management. The salary is MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience. This role is term time only.
Who is the ideal candidate?
· Have experience teaching English in Key Stage 4 & Key stage 5
· Hold a PGCE and qualified teacher status (QTS) or be working towards the latter.
· Have a genuine desire to become part of a outstanding English department
· Have a passion for education with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
