Position: Engineering Technician 2 / Laboratory Testing Technician
Location: 22010 SE 51st St Issaquah, WA 98029
Duration: 6 Months
Description:
Siemens is the market leader for the 2D and 3D ICE catheters in EP and Interventional Cardiology space. The business is seeking an individual to join a design team responsible for developing ICE Catheters. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment as part of an R&D team developing ultrasound catheters.
Responsibilities:
· Cooperates with accountable Test Engineer in evaluation or interpretation of test results and recommends ad hoc measures or action plans.
· Ensures proper documentation of all test procedures, findings and results, and files the respective protocols.
· Protocolizes activities.
· Ability to operate various types of test equipment.
· Performs tests of range of components, instruments and/or mechanical assemblies.
· Prepares measurement and test equipment (e.g. instrumentation and functionality tests).
· Analyses test results, takes in/Out decisions according to set of reference values.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented
