Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our company, based in Malton, North Yorkshire has an excellent reputation built up over the last 25 years. Today, our chefs, working in partnership with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.
To support our exciting growth plans, we are currently seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Engineering Team Supervisor to strengthen our Malton-based engineering team.
This role is on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, working 6 am to 6 pm.
The role:
As a member of our dedicated engineering team, you will lead our engineers in providing a high standard of reactive and preventative maintenance to the site.
Our engineers are enthusiastic, and motivated and don’t shy away from solving problems. This role is for you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment. It can be demanding at times but for the right person, it will offer a rewarding career move.
Knowledge and experience required:
Proven experience in leading and motivating a successful team- Apprentice trained or qualified in a manufacturing or multi-skilled engineering discipline L3 Extended or L3 Advanced minimum
- Experience in food production is essential
