Job description
The Role:
This is a predominantly remote role Monday-Friday, however we meet twice a month as as a team and these are compulsory. Candidate must live within 30 minutes of Reading.
This is a sales and marketing role but with a heavy emphasis on human interaction, be it via events, influencer engagement or interviews. Candidate must live within 30 minutes of Reading, Berkshire, as this is where most of the events and meetings will take place.
The focus of this individual will be on B2B, helping us to extend our reach in that sector and acquire new accounts. There is also an account management dimension. The individual will receive extensive training over a 3 month period.
Please note this is primarily a remote role. However, we do meet two to three times a month and there will be frequent travelling to events as part of the role.
Training covered:
- Behavioural economics.
- Brand development.
- Content strategy.
- Channel activity across social media, email, SEO, webinar and offline.
- Analytics and performance tracking.
Specific Responsibilities Will Include:
- Organising events for senior decision makers.
- Interviewing market influencers.
- Lead nurturing and sales.
- Account management
Skills required:
The person must possess:
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A keen interest in business.
- Sales experience is a definite bonus.
Everything else they can learn.

Pay
£30k basic but with generous commission on all sales. We anticipate a total pay of £35-40k in year one. £40-50k in year two.
