Job Description
-This is an exciting role that forms an essential function for the Engineering Services Team, and reports into the Head of Engineering.

In this role you will act as the central point of contact for the administrative coordination of all engineering work for the shared engineering resource pool.

The role will require close cooperation with the whole engineering team and will require the ability to extract the salient points from individuals in order to fulfil administrative tasks.

We’re looking for someone who has a flexible approach to work and enjoys a dynamic and diverse environment.

Duties and tasks

  • Improve data integrity across the disparate data sources.
  • Support the scheduling of engineering services tasks with the relevant departments.
  • Ensure data integrity by capturing and updating all asset related data such as serial numbers and performing component swaps within our maintenance management system.
  • Assist with compliance by administratively supporting risk-escalations, updating and drafting work instructions, and routinely reporting on compliance measures.
  • Provide contractor management by ensuring that all the required documents are available prior to any work commencing.
  • Assist in, and potentially manage projects to aid the efficiency of the engineering department.
  • Aid other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
  • -Strong IT literacy, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • A background in engineering related planning or projects would also be advantageous.
