If you are offered an Engineering role, below are some examples of the roles and responsibilities you could have:
Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.
Own critical Daily Management Systems – you will be entrusted from the start to own these systems and processes!
Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants – you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organisation, learning from others and sharing best practice, often across the region and sometimes the globe.
This role is available in our London Plant in West Thurrock, Essex (commutable from London with regular trains from Fenchurch Street) and Manchester Plant.
The Manufacturing Careers Academy is the final step in our application process to secure yourself a graduate role with P&G! It is an intensive learning course designed to challenge your business and critical thinking, networking and team building skills, in real business situations. At our Manufacturing Career Academy, you will work on a real brand case study covering all aspects of business including a presentation to a board of directors at P&G, followed by a final interview.
The Manufacturing Career Academy will be held in person in our London plant in West Thurrock, Essex on December 11th to 12th, 2023.

Responsibilities from Day1 – Right from the start you will be doing a full-time job in Engineering, managing a wide range of challenging business and technical assignments. This is also an opportunity for you to develop and deliver state-of-the-art technologies, supported by multi-million-dollar capital investments.

Competitive Compensation: The annual salary for this role is £37,000. In addition to this you’ll receive an annual bonus based on business results. Job Qualifications
University undergraduates/graduates who have either completed a degree or will complete their degree by Summer 2024 in any Engineering discipline. Other STEM degrees will also be considered.
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for Engineering.
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Start dates: The role is available from January 2024 onwards.
